Cancellation policy

We want to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following cancellation policy:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

• Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at contact@osai.studio with your order number and cancellation request. We will do our best to accommodate the cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to follow the return process as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy if you wish to return the item.

PRE-ORDER PURCHASES:

For pre-order purchases, cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours before shipment. Once the order is processed or shipped, standard return policies apply.
